Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund minus the shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

After 10 days has passed, returns, exchanges, and/or refunds will NOT be accepted. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We will be happy to exchange any time you receive damaged merchandise for any item on our website at equal or lesser value. 

When your order arrives, please inspect the items for any damage that may of occurred during shipping. The package may be slightly damaged or some wear, but if the items are damaged. Please contact us immediately by email our customer service department at customerservice@blueturtlebathscrubs.com. 
We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time you checked out.

Shipping:


We can only ship to the United States at this time.  Blue Turtle Bath Scrubs, LLC online orders are processed within 2-3 business days if not immediately. Delivery times will vary depending on the method of shipping.  Shipping fees are shipped via USPS and calculated at checkout.  The order is shipped with Tracking via USPS.
